Sweet Pea- Week 6

November 23, 2013

This week you are the size of a sweet pea! You are starting to grow facial features- nose, eyes, ears, chin and cheeks.  Your circulatory system is becoming more sophisticated and you can wiggle your paddle- like hands and feet.

This week I was a little more tired and a little more moody. Morning sickness is still at bay most of the time, a little nausea/heartburn at night. Everyone says that heartburn is a sign of a full head of hair, so bring it on!  The smell of food cooking can be a big turn-off and the main thing I like to eat right now is macaroni and cheese with hamburger.  I also like my fruit smoothies and oatmeal for breakfast.  I am trying to eat smaller meals throughout the day to help with nausea, which I feel so lucky so far not to have had much of.

Annie's Macaroni&Cheese and a non diary smoothie- preferred food
